Southern State Parkway. to exit 43S (Rte. 111/Islip Ave.) ramp exits on Rte. 111.  Go south 1-1/2 miles; *follow directions below

Long Island Expressway to exit 56.  Go south on Rte. 111/Islip Ave for approximately 12 miles; *follow directions below

*Cross over railroad tracks.  A Pathmark shopping center will be on your left.  The traffic light after the shopping center will be Union Blvd.  Make a right.  Go about 100ft and make a left into the church parking area.
